A provider earns a "Verified Provider" badge by claiming their profile, verifying their official domain and contact credentials, and linking their administration channel with EduReviews to resolve community tickets.
Yes, you can check out and submit reviews as a guest. Your email is kept private and is only used to send moderation status updates or validation verification prompts.
Reviews are usually flagged or rejected if they are identical to existing posts, contain prohibited marketing/referral links, use offensive language, or fail spam classification criteria.
Navigate to your provider's page and click "Is this your business? Claim this profile". You will be asked to fill in your business details and verify ownership via an email matching the company's website domain.
If a review contains factual errors or spam, please flag it using the "Report this review" link. Claimed businesses can also write an official response to clarify their perspective to other students.
