Worst course I've ever done in internet is Introduction to Web Accessibility by edx. So poor contents, very bad UX.

The course was interesting, however, cannot be used as a certificate without the full payment as the disclosure states.

I gave up on edX a few years ago. I came back today to find out if they'd finally gotten better, even asking the 'Gemini' AI service for advice.

I am currently attending the Cybersecurity Bootcamp offered by edX in partnership with the University of Minnesota. Execution falls significantly short.

I had enrolled in a certificate program 'Foundations of AI IBM professional Certificate'. However one of the courses was not available.

Excellent experience with edX, I audited a course and gained a lot of insight, tools and tips from expert lecturers/professors.

This the worst customer service I've ever seen. I pass the exam.i didn't get any certificate. Not even email or something.

There are errors within the program and the customer service is poor they do not even reply let alone solving your problem.

I started a data analytics course with edX at the end of April. I thought I could get through it quickly. I am not sure where I am in the class because there is no navigation.

The proctoring for exams is BEYOND DREADFUL. I have wasted 8 hours with support, trying all items.
