The instructor was very effective and here is why: (1) He explained the fundamental concepts of Information Gathering prior to diving into Foot printing and Reconnaissance (2) He provided hands hands on practice via cmd and proper use of MXTOOL in information gathering (3) He pulled all together by linking concepts and hands on practice to related interview questions to illustrate what clients would be looking for during applicant interviews.

Instructor provided lecture, he then explained thoroughly the concepts outlined in the lecture notes as it relates to safe and ethical hacking. He applied the skills by performing hands on practice to ensure the concepts were comprehensively understood. This approach goes above and beyond my expectation for this course.
