It’s a shame but I agree with the recent reviews. The courses that you can see on this platform are interesting but if you get any problem that you need to deal with customer service is game over.

I bought a bunch of courses from time to time on Udemy. Life is always busy for me. So there have been a big stretch of time that I have not been active with the Udemy platform. So, about a year later, I decided to log in to my Udemy courses; I could not find one course I purchased.

The course title suggests that you will gain practical knowledge in Agile Scrum Project Management. In reality, the content is extremely superficial and lacks any real depth or applicability.

courses are made by bots, service client is a bot, cannot get a refound. No value on courses. Courses are made by pnj, they are not real persons they have negatif IQ

My experience with Udemy has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. After making a payment for a course, I expected at least a basic level of customer support and transparency, but unfortunately, that expectation was not met.

Fake course description, old material that is no longer relevant to the exam, grammar errors in most of the questions of the practice tests, no refund option two days after the purchase, chat agent blocking contact with a real person.

If you do not want to be robbed of your lifetime access content from Udemy administrators, do not buy from them. In my case more than 15 purchased study items were taken away from me. Your property is deleted without notice!

Contact us on website is a loop of nothingness. These companies should be ashamed to not take care of your customers!

Really Bad . Specially the support people they are sleepy . And no transparency in instructors payment.

I did a trial subscription and forgot to cancel. I asked for a refund for 3 months when I didn't use the platform at all and the answer was Udemy is 'unable' to do refunds. The chatbot for accessing support is terrible.
