Paid course became unavailable!!!
Too disappointing!!! This organisation does not understand what is customer support!!! The chatbot is nerves wrecking machine not support. They made my course unavailable although it supposed to be lifetime access.
It's a real shame this could be a great platform
Udemy is a good platform with lots of good courses, but and their is a big BUT. If you need to contact support it is impossible. The chat bots don't give any real answers.

Cheap Courses, Costly Experience
My experience with Udemy support has been one of the most exhausting and frustrating customer service experiences I have dealt with in a long time. A support agent manually merged my accounts without my consent.
