Customer Reviews
Support system designed to make it hard
The support system feels intentionally designed to make it hard to contact them and to get lost in the process. At the same time, it fails to provide clear answers.
Some good courses but don't expect support
I have been a long time customer and bought many courses. However when things go wrong you get stonewalled with Alex the chatbot.
Staffed by Chat bots
Good luck trying to get hold of someone for support. If it's not on the support page, you're on your own. They're happy enough to take your money though
Usable but outdated UX
Usable but very outdated UX, I learn a lot watching and learning through courses there, it's fine but some minor bugs.
Disappointing Experience with Udemy
I feel compelled to share my frustrating experience with Udemy. The platform seems to allow subpar training content, with many courses offering mediocre videos that fail to meet basic expectations.
Dont use this company
Dont use this company. No way to actually communicate with them anymore! They hardly pay you anything either.
Solid online platform
I use this platform very often and have purchased excellent courses not only in my professional field but also in other areas as a beginner. Overall, I can say that my impressions are entirely positive.
Tricky Refund Policy
It says you'll be able to get a refund but when you notice the course you're taking is outdated it doesn't let you get the refund cause you've advanced too much in the content.
Discriminatory pic policy
I was told to remove the profile pic from my dance course. It showed me balancing a sword on my head. Udemy told me 'No weapons allowed' (Not what their policy says).
False information on bundle
I purchased an Udemy annual subscription today after seeing that a specific course was listed as “included with subscription.” The course page clearly indicated that I could access it at no additional cost if I subscribed. However, after completing the subscription, the same course now shows a separate fee of £15.
