Worst quality. They are selling subscription for courses, but when you pay it - guess what ? You need to pay for course, in subscription you can get only old, not current courses. Worst waste of money. I would probably prefer to give this money to phone scammers instead. The 'Worst' part is in - that they do not provide refund.

Good material from professors, but the auto-renewal system is aggressive and customer service is slow to respond.

I bought a course for an IT certification and after watching barely over an hour (71 minutes to be exact) out of 18 hours , I realised that the course was not good , so I asked for a refund and got a message that I could not get a refund, because I had watched a notable amount of the course!

This is by far , the worst, online learning platform , I had displeasure to deal with. I had my account with them for some time and had purchased quite a few courses. For last 10 months or so I am not able to log in into my own account.

So far I have studied for just over 2 weeks and found the content of the course fairly straightforward to follow and so far I'm quite happy with it. However, the AI site is useless. I found that Copilot hundred percent more useful.
