I have been a Udemy customer for years and purchased 32 courses. After only 1 refund request through customer support, my refund eligibility was permanently removed without any warning or explanation.

Purchased a Personal Plan subscription for $145 specifically to access certain courses that were explicitly marked as "Included in Personal Plan". However, immediately after the transaction was completed, these courses did NOT become available.

My name is Andre Costa, instructor of the course 'Aprenda COBOL do Absoluto Zero'. Since March 2026, my account has been temporarily suspended without any prior notice or justification.

Truly awful website and company. The website doesnt consistently work, so hope you dont mind starting every study session with 30 minutes of troubleshooting. There is 0 support.

A decent training for beginners, though the exercises could use more hands-on practical tasks instead of theory.

I have many, many courses on my account on Udemy. I've finished maybe 50 and have gone through 50+% of many more. However, my issue now is that I bought a course in April 2026, watched the introduction section and I think the first video of the next section. Within 3 weeks, the course was removed.

When not even the payment function works properly, a company is only entitled to 1 star. This time, as it appears the fault was by geo limits of a pay card.
