I purchased a course through their app and the payment was already booked on my credit card. However, the course was never delivered to my account. The purchase has been stuck in a 'pending' state.

Had a course for a few hours and realised it's not for me. Can't get a refund cause I watched some content already. Won't be buying again!

Yesterday i buy the course of capcut 69,99€ there is only basic informations. Very disappointed for this service. I can’t refund my money because they told me that i watch the video of this course.

False advertising. Don’t refund courses and the courses are uninsurable

Do not sign up with these people you’re into paying a subscription prize and then having to pay additional fees to watch the actual videos.

Udemy is a frustrating experience at best and theft of your hard earned cash. Any time that you have in which to learn anything is used up trying to log in; you have to enter a 6 digit code to log in, but THEY DON'T SEND IT TO YOU.

It's a bit rubbish really, the test exams I tried were repeated and some of them say 5-10% literally had wrong answers, ah well, live and learn...

Impossible to cancel subscription once signed up. I want a refund for my latest subscription as I didn’t want to renew, couldn’t find how to cancel it because of the million ‘help’ guides.

My courses disappeared from mylearning page and I'm having difficulty getting them reinstated. The chatbot was quite unhelpful.
