I am absolutely fuming. I spent the last few days carefully weighing up my options between buying an individual course and purchasing a subscription. I ultimately chose the subscription because the platform explicitly stated that the specific course I wanted would be included for 'free' with the subscription. However, immediately after paying £108, I discovered the course is NOT included.

I use the app to learn coding basics on my phone while riding the bus. The content catalogue is huge, but sometimes the lessons buffer if the connection isn't strong. Also, the frequent notifications pushing the monthly subscription get annoying after a while.

The video library offers a decent selection of topics, but the advertised 30-day refund window is misleading. My request for a poorly structured course was rejected because I had already clicked through three introductory clips.
