Thieving organisation
They are quite simply, a thieving organisation. SUbscriptions are charged automatically and it is very difficult to get a refund, there is no clear process for that.

Charged twice after cancellation
They charged me twice after I cancelled my subscription and were really rude when I queried this, refusing to refund the £72 they charged me for a platform I never used!

Watch your account
I am extremely disappointed with Coursera’s deceptive billing practices and poor customer support. I signed up for a course with an explicit 7-day free trial (I have the confirmation email to prove it). Despite canceling within the trial period, I was hit with a $49.00 charge on April 6th.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! This is a very fraudulent company. They charged me for a full month right at the end of the free trial, even though I made it clear that I did not do any of their classes, had already cancelled, and was unable to do any classes.
Extremely poor customer service
From the outset the support has been shockingly bad. I cancelled my subscription because the platform is really poor. I have then been charged a monthly charge as a course was taken in the trial period.
Charged after requesting cancellation
I requested to cancel my subscription on March 7 and clearly explained that I could not access the account to cancel it myself. This is why I contacted support in the first place.
Very poor experience
Very poor experience. The customer service was unhelpful, and my concerns about inaccurate peer-review feedback were not properly addressed. I was told to resubmit, but no one clearly explained why I had failed.
