Bait and switch
You removed the auditing option and made everything into a subscription. I'll write to most organizations that use your website since I suspect they won't see a dime after this change. Nice bait a...
Broken practical links
I enrolled on a Canva course and at first, it was quite useful. But then, when it came to doing some practical work, none of the links worked and I couldn’t open it up to complete the exercise. T...
I subscribed to a Coursera AI course
I subscribed to a Coursera AI course because I was excited to start learning AI skills for my career. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I started the course on Sunday night and canceled the subscription the very next day — less than 24 hours later. Despite this, Coursera denied my refund request.
Poorly communicated subscription
As others indicate, the subscription is poorly communicated and designed to trap you into making repeated payments for a single course. Quality of courses is very low.
Excellent certification program
Fundamentally changed my approach to professional development. Outstanding quality of education.
It's a SCAM

Totally disappointing
Totally disappointing. Charging for a service I do not want and do not use. Stay away
Exceeded all expectations
Simply brilliant. The lecturers are top-notch and the assignments really helped my coding transition.
Provider-side issue
I spent two months studying for PL-300 through Coursera. A provider-side issue prevented downloading/accessing course materials. Coursera support acknowledged the issue and apologized, but could not p...
Disappointing customer experience
Disappointing customer experience with Coursera. I accidentally ended up with two subscriptions across two accounts while only actively using one. Support acknowledged the duplicate accounts but refused any goodwill solution or refund despite the obvious duplication.
